1991 nissan patrol 3.2 diesel LWB project

1991 Nissan patrol 3.2 diesel LWB project.
Its not been on the road since 2020. The chassis and underneath are in good condition and can't see any  rot issues underneath.
There is rot on the roof guttering and will need doing.
It does run but does not drive due to the clutch cylinders and will need replacing.
 comes with keys and waiting on the V5 logbook.
